Best of Care's mission is to enable older adults or seniors to remain in the comfort of their homes during their golden years through a compassionate, non-medical home care service. We specialize in assisting with ADLs, transportation, and light housekeeping. Our goal is to understand and meet individual needs patiently and with a lot of love and affection. We will also strive to provide a safe environment for our clients and our employees.

Who We Are

Best of Care Home Care provides compassionate, personalized senior home care in Chester, Pennsylvania, for adult and elderly clients, ensuring they maintain independence and comfort at home. Founded by Jazmin Dargan, a Certified Nursing Assistant with 18 years of experience, our agency was established on January 1, 2025, driven by a passion for helping others. Jazmin's nurturing approach and dedication to her community ensure that each client receives the highest level of professional home care services.
